All sales are final. Styled by Santi does not offer refunds for subscription payments.
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our styling service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or refunded. This applies to all subscription plans, including weekly and monthly billing cycles.
By subscribing to Styled by Santi, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final at the time of payment.
What You Receive
Your subscription payment covers access to our personal styling service, which includes:
- AI-powered personalized lookbooks delivered on a recurring basis
- Curated outfit recommendations with item breakdowns
- Style insights and fashion analysis
- Direct shopping links to third-party retailers
Third-Party Purchases
Styled by Santi provides styling recommendations with links to third-party retailers. Any purchases you make through those links are transactions between you and the retailer. Refunds or returns for products purchased from third-party retailers must be handled directly with the respective retailer under their own return policies.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us at voiceofyoursllc@gmail.com within 30 days. We will review the issue and resolve any billing errors promptly.
We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can work together to resolve the matter.
Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel your subscription.
